Se puede apreciar que a pesar del Coronavirus, en Oruro (Fiestas) no se tuvo mucho o nada de cuidado a la distancia entre personas, ni mascarillas, como elementos de prevención (27 de noviembre de 2020). De esta manera la Pandemia continuará extendiéndose, aunque ahora llega la vacuna. La fotografía, muy buena. Saludos, Mario
